Discount Tire

I have had this location in Apple valley service several of my vehicles. No matter what grade tire I have purchased from the low-grade to the high grade they've always treated me with respect giving me their best advice and installing whatever I've ordered with confidence and great care. Even on the days they seem a little busy it's worth the wait because they know their job is tires and that's what they do! Oh, and wipers... if you need tires go to this tire store you will not be let down!

Always outstanding customer service from many of the front desk staff. I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for years and they’ve only deepened my loyalty with each visit. Recently, my wife discovered a sidewall bulge in the factory tires on her car. She was nervous so I called the Apple Valley Discount Tire to set up a same-day appointment. The gent on the phone listened to what tires I wanted and helped come to an innovative solution without trying to upsell me to the most expensive tires. The staff are always informative and feel like straight shooters. I learn something about tires every time I visit. Their prices are comparable and often even beat places like Costco, and access is far superior to most other places I’ve visited for tires. Since there are so many stores, you can have your tires rotated or serviced at one of their locations nationwide. If you end up buying tires, make sure you buy the maintenance package as well, which is very reasonable and will pay for itself with any single repair. In summary, they provide amazing customer service, good products, at remarkable values. All in all, it’s always been a win.

Dustin at Apple Valley Discount Tire was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and professional. He covered a warranty issue with my tire that was on the fence as to being covered or not. We had just purchased the tires from the store 2000 miles and about 2 months ago. He went ahead and ordered me a new tire and installed it the same day! I was very pleased with the service I received and the wait time was less than what they said it would be. Great experience! Thanks Dustin and the Apple Valley Discount Tire team!

I had such a great experience with Discount Tire in Apple Valley, especially with Ashley. I ended up popping my tire on the highway and was able to get a spare on and make it to the store shortly after they had already closed. I called, and Ashley went above and beyond. She stayed to take my keys, walk me through my options, and make sure everything was set so my car could be taken care of first thing the next morning. She was incredibly kind, patient, and never made me feel rushed, even though they were technically closed. The next day, she kept in great communication and helped me navigate the process when it turned out my wheels were more damaged than expected. She even walked me through selecting new wheels online so I didn’t have to come back in person. The entire team was fantastic, and the experience carried over to the Eagan location as well for where I got my alignment. The technician there (red hair—wish I caught his name!) was super helpful, clearly explained what was off, and walked me through how he was going to fix it. From start to finish, everything was smooth, efficient, and genuinely cared for. I was back on the road in less than 24 hours. Huge thank you to As
